The Mass of the main Breathing- Apparatus with filled Scrubber (abt. 2.3 Litre) and filled 4l 200bar Nitrox Steel Tank, but without Accessories, is 17kg. With empty Counterlungs it has a negative Buoyancy of about 10N, with filled ones it depends on how much Gas is in them. The EAD depends on the Oxygen Consumption of the Diver, the values above were calculated for an Oxygen Metabolism of 1,5bar*l/min and nominal Flow. I recommend to use any SCR with a ppO2-Meter or better with a Decompression Computer which has a Loop-ppO2 Sensor.
